About Ati

Guide. Therapist. Mentor

For Those Seeking Clarity, Depth, and Direction

Ati offers a deeply personal mentorship for those seeking to get out of indecision. She guides those at a crossroads—people who have explored, and grown yet sense there’s a deeper, more grounded way to live.

Cultivate self-trust and embrace the natural unfolding of life.

What moves me most is working with people who are ready to live from a deeper state of aliveness, expansion, possibility, coherence, and connectedness—to themselves, to life, and to something greater than the identities they have outgrown.

I’m in my 40s now, living a quieter life in the French countryside with my partner—coffee in the morning, a slower rhythm than the life I once lived.

It took time to arrive here.

In my twenties, I was in New York City, working in galleries and museums while studying visual arts. It was a full life, but not always an aligned one. I moved quickly, said yes often, and didn’t always stop to ask what was actually right for me.

During that time, my mother passed away. That loss shifted something I couldn’t ignore. Soon after, I traveled to Ecuador and spent time with indigenous women, listening to how they spoke about leadership, community, and life. I didn’t have language for it then, but something in me recognized it. It stayed with me.

My relationship to this work began even earlier, as a teenager, during an Ayahuasca ceremony in Ecuador. At the time, it was simply an experience. Over the years, I came to understand it differently.

In my thirties, I became a licensed psychotherapist in New York City. I worked closely with individuals and couples, sitting with people through anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Over time, I began to notice a pattern I couldn’t ignore:

People often know.
They just don’t trust what they know.

My work has evolved from there. Less focus on analyzing and understanding everything, and more attention on what is already present—what the body is signaling, what has energy, and what doesn’t.

Alongside my clinical work, I continued to spend time in Brazil, France, and Mexico, deepening my understanding of patterns, timing, and how clarity actually emerges in people’s lives. I’ve also been influenced over the years by contemplative and consciousness-based practices, including meditation and the work of Joe Dispenza, which explore the relationship between awareness, embodiment, and possibility.

Today, I work primarily with women who find themselves at a point where what used to work no longer does.

Women who are capable, thoughtful, and aware—but still find themselves second-guessing decisions or staying in loops longer than they want to.

My work is direct and personal.

I don’t give you answers.
I help you hear your own—clearly enough to act on them.

So decisions feel less heavy.
And life feels more your own.

I’m passionate about…

  • Creating space for a deeper understanding of love—one rooted in presence, truth, and genuine connection.

  • Helping people recognize and refine their natural gifts, even when they cannot fully see them in themselves yet.

  • Exploring and sharing reflective and spiritual tools that deepen self-awareness, intuition, and connection to something greater than ourselves—including meditation, embodiment practices, and transformational frameworks such as the work of Joe Dispenza.

  • Honoring transformation, reinvention, and the quiet rebirths that shape us throughout life.

  • Guiding others through change by cultivating self-trust, attunement, and inner clarity rather than force.

  • Living in alignment with my design as a 2/6 Sacral Generator—allowing life, work, and relationships to unfold through what feels deeply true and alive.
