Slow Living Mentor

For Those Seeking Simplicity, Depth, and Intuitive Living

Ati offers a deeply personal mentorship for those seeking simplicity, flow, and intuitive living. She guides those at a crossroads—people who have explored, and grown yet sense there’s a deeper, more effortless way to live.

Cultivate self-trust and embrace the natural unfolding of life.

Ati Egas is in her 40s, living a quieter life in the French countryside with her partner—coffee in the morning, a slower rhythm than the life she once lived.

It took time to arrive here.

In her twenties, she lived in New York City, working in galleries and museums while studying visual arts. It was a full life, but not always an aligned one.

During that time, her mother passed away. That loss shifted something she couldn’t ignore. She traveled to Ecuador soon after, spending time with indigenous women and listening to how they spoke about leadership, community, and life. That experience stayed with her—not as something to define, but something to come back to.

Her relationship to this work began even earlier, as a teenager, during an Ayahuasca ceremony in Ecuador. At the time, it was simply an experience. Over the years, its meaning became clearer.

In her thirties, she became a licensed psychotherapist in New York City, working closely with individuals and couples. Sitting with people through anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, she began to notice a pattern:

People often know. They just don’t trust what they know.

Her work has slowly shifted over the years.
More attention on what is already present—what the body is saying, what is energizing, what isn’t.

Alongside her clinical work, she continued to study and spend time in Brasil, France, and Mexico, to deepen her understanding of patterns and timing.

Today, she mainly works with women who find themselves at a point where what used to work no longer does. Her work is direct and personal.

She helps you recognize what is actually right for you, and what isn’t—so decisions become clearer, and life feels less forced.
