In my own life, I’ve spent years writing things down as they come up—thoughts, insights, small nudges. What started as a personal habit became something more structured.

A way of listening more carefully. A way of separating what is reactive… from what is real.

I call this practice Clarity Writing.

What this session is

This is a guided, small-group writing experience.

You’ll bring a topic from your own life—something where you want:

  • Perspective

  • Direction

  • Or simply more clarity

Through a series of prompts and reflection, you’ll learn how to:

  • Capture your thoughts in real time

  • Step back and evaluate them

  • Recognize what’s actually worth keeping

A key question we’ll explore:

Is this insight coming from a steady, clear place?
Or is it shaped by urgency, pressure, or a busy mind?

That distinction changes everything.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • See your situation with more clarity and distance

  • Identify what thoughts are useful vs. reactive
